Ingredients for 4 people:
240 gr. pizza dough
800 gr. mushrooms
120 gr. Emmenthal cheese
4 teaspoons margarine
salt and pepper
Wash the mushrooms and dry them with a towel, then cut them into thin slices. Put them into a nonstick pan with margarine, salt, pepper, and let them simmer for about 20 minutes.
Roll out the pizza dough and put it in a baking pan.
Sprinkle some Emmenthal over the mushrooms and put them on the pizza dough. Roll out the surface and let it bake in a hot oven for half an hour.
