Ingredients for 4 people:
800 gr. rump steak
10 gr. lard
200 gr. Pleurotus
1 red onion
3 cloves of garlic
40 ml. Red wine
2 tablespoons white flour
4 tablespoons oil
pepper
nutmeg
salt
Lard the meat, rub it with pepper roughly minced, nutmeg and salt. Let it brown in a homogeneous way. Add some water and let it cook over low heat.
When the meat is almost cooked, add the sliced mushrooms.
Add some red wine and finish the cooking. Take the meat away from heat and cut it into slices.
Let the remaining sauce thicken with flour, and let it narrow further.
When serving, cover the meat with sauce.
Serve with a side dish of potato croquettes and steam vegetables dressed with margarine.
