Ingredients for 4 people:
600 gr. cleaned sea bream
150 gr. champignons
1 thyme sprig
lemon juice
salt, pepper and oil
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Brush the sea bream with some pepper, salt and oil, then arrange it in a pre-heated oven-proof dish. Let it bake for 5 minutes at a high temperature, turning it over after 2 minutes baking.
Put the mushrooms in a bowl with some oil, some thyme leaves, salt, pepper and 1 spoon lemon juice; then cover and let them cook for 2 minutes.
Coat the fish with mushrooms, then cover and let it bake for a further minute.
